Planned commercial processing

The final privacy notice must identify the responsible legal entity and contact, explain purposes and legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and individual rights, and identify applicable supervisory-authority complaint routes.

Payment and licensing

A merchant of record is planned to process orders and payments. Licensing may process a key, order/customer identifiers, activation identifiers and device-related values needed to enforce the two-computer limit. Identify the chosen providers and their roles only once the account and implementation are confirmed. Never send artwork or project files to a provider merely to activate a license.

Artwork and support

The desktop editor handles local images and project files. Review the final shipped code and storage behavior before making an absolute offline or no-data-transfer claim.
